Baneful, i really appreciate the kind words. I will continue to push forward in offering my skills to the good members of this board, for free, or at minimal cost at most.
Because of what Doc has done, I plan on watermarking ALL of my photos from here on out, using a mark of my own design, JUST because of him.
And I don't know what the deal is with him wanting my legal name. And honestly its not like I'm hiding it from the world. Seriously, what harm could befall me if he did find it? I have already made my name with many members of this community, and everyone knows what I am, who I am, and what I do. I've nothing to hide. So let him come after me, let him try to make me out as a horrible person. My work, and friendships I've made since 2007 will speak louder than anything he his half-baked mind can create.
(for those who don't know, he has stolen my shirt design for his own, and its apparent he has watched my idea for the grappling hook and plans on building it before me, based on my design)What most people don't know is that  Don Currie has copied everything that he has is from someone else hard work. His third generation 66 Batmobile design is from another builders kit that he places his stolen Bob Butts hood on and tells the unsuspecting that the kit is a Butts Batmobile. His Black Beauty was stolen from Bob Butts, Don scours CLTC site and uses our information and at one time connected various builders from this site to complete his builds only to give the credit to someone else that is not affiliated with this board. When he starts a flame war on any of the boards and is caught in his lies, Don deletes the posts or cries to the board admin. to have the posts deleted and claims to be a victim of internet harassment. If any of these other boards had any back bone they would ban him, Don has nothing useful to contribute, he is only trying to hock his junk on the boards.

| Guys, please take this message in the spirit in which it is intended. I'm not trying to stir up trouble and I'm not here to debate. I don't know what it is about these cars that attract flamewars like a fly to garbage. They only stop when both people stop bashing each other. Don Currie is a friend; we go way back. He built one of the first 1966 Batmobile replicas ever made, and he has a place in history for having done so--no one can take that away. He has built many turn key and kit cars--no one can take that away. He has many satisfied customers--and no one can take that away, either. Yes, I am aware that some people have had difficulty regarding Don, and also that Don has not always helped the situation--sometimes even contributing to the problem at hand. No, I don't want to re-read the stories in the "bin of shame." Been there done that. As always, there are two sides to every story, but I don't want to hear about it from EITHER side. I imagine that I'm not the only one with this position, right? My point is that life is too short and too precious to spend this much negative energy on anything, or anyone. It is easy to hate, but it isn't rewarding. It can suck the life right out of you. I know first hand because I used to do it. I don't anymore and I feel much better. I implore everyone involved to please, please move on. It isn't healthy. At our age, heart attacks happen because of these things. No matter how much you dislike someone, I'm sure you wouldn't want to see them in the hospital because of a ruthless internet post, right? Let's please use our energy on something positive. We are creating dreams, folks! Let's build some fantastic cars and touch people's lives in a good way. May the creative spirit survive the toughest of times...in all of us. Thanks for reading this. I hope it made you stop. And think. And maybe even smile.

What is dons website?
I don't think his websites exist anymore. HOWEVER he constantly copies username from known websites on facebook and PM's or FRIEND's unsuspecting people. Used to be "Batmobile Builders" or "Don Wayne". He even had a fan page rip off and even called it "Chickslovethecar"[lower case love instead of Love] but now it's changed to "1989batmobilebuilder"[all in one words instead of official 1989 Batmobile Builder facebook name].
None of the legitimate builders or sellers will PM or try to solicit you before you contact them first. So just be wary of ones who solicits you without you even asking.
Okay, I just wanted to be sure to never deal with this pos. I saw the posting where he tried to steal the shirt logo.

| Mark; I have known you for many years, we have contacted each other thought the years and I have found you to be very up front with me. Don has escalated these flame wars time and time again to even calling my and other board members work place demanding they reprimand us. Don frequently places derogatory comments on board members Facebook pages, he has tried to highjack CLTC name and logo & Facebook pages. Don has stolen various works of board members and openly claimed it as his own creation. Lenny is a good friend of mine, I could talk your ear off on his and others builds. In fact I could write pages on misdealing of Don, but I wont. If you have noticed on the boards Don often stirs things up with some snide remark, time and time again every time I posted a new blog on my build on Eric's board Don would jump on and make some sarcastic remark, I put up with this for months, Eric was fed up and set me loose on him. He cried like a little baby and Eric pulled the hole thread. Needless to say Eric caught a lot of flack for allowing this, I did apologize to eric for putting him in the middle. Don has continually started flame wars on this and other boards, once they have gotten out of control he has them pulled and then tries to claim to be a victim of on line harassment, when he is the one who has continually went out of his way to harass others. Did you know that Don has opened porno accounts in board members names? Be careful who you call a friend; just saying not trying to undermind you. Your Friend Kevin

Wise words Mark. I really don't know Don, he hasn't responded to any of my attempts to contact him even years ago well maybe he did once, I think he had mailed me a response through snail mail that I missed at the time and then found later. I have really never had any contact with him. Even when I was shopping for a build which turned out as you all already know.... a freaking DISASTER via Kory Geick and Mark Towle, Don and I have never really talked.
Lenny is in my Facebook friends list and I did talk to him briefly and he pretty much confirmed the things Kevin has been saying about his car, but I have no place in any arguments, though I know Lenny is very hurt and disappointed. I do know that at one point it was Don and Mark and Kory and Jim all in an alliance and I was trapped in that as well. Pretty much it seemed like Mark R was the target and I more than once objected to Mark and Kory about the crap I was being put through that they were making me do. There were heated arguments over the things I was being forced to do and I have recordings to prove this.
No disrespect to Jim or Don, but Jim got slammed by Kory afterwards when he thought Kory was a friend as I did. I was told and Don as far as I know is still in alliance with MT and Kory though that was some time ago before I was forced to file my law suit against MT.
Sometimes you can't just let things go. You have to keep fighting and pushing and filing to make sure things don't happen to others. Those are great words Mark R. but unfortunately the World just doesn't work that way when wounds can't heal and people take great advantage of you as was done to me as has been done to you. You yourself told me never to contact you again, you have not given me any forgiveness even though I was forced to do certain things,....so your words above.... you have not yet applied to me as of yet even though I have more than once apologized to you.
Kevin Patnode is a Great guy as far as I can tell and he like I am has been trying to save pain upon others, just as you did for me years ago by warning me about Kory and MT but I failed to listen to you and I paid for it dearly and am still paying for failing to listen to you.
I'm not saying who is right or wrong. Don has never done anything to me personally so I am not in any arguments, but just as you can not forgive me, I can not forgive MT and Kory, and Lenny can likely not forgive Don.
We are all Men and we well know when we have been deeply damaged. It's regrettable but it's reality. At least I have stood up and been a Man and apologized to you. At least that much has been done for you. Has Don done as much for Lenny? That's what's missing here I think. I think what is bothering Kevin is that as far as I know Don hasn't gone too far out of his way to make things right with Lenny.

Sorry Mark, but I was here in the beginning when Don was asked about the small dip in his upper air intake. I remember the language and tone of his responses to other members of this board. While I do like the sentiment of your post, Don brought all of this bad feeling on himself by his own actions against others. If he had harassed me in the past like he has other members, I'm sure I wouldn't forgive him but I certainly would not lose any sleep over it either.
If Don had apologized for his past behavior or wanted to 'move on' he could have done this himself a long time ago. Instead he continued for YEARS to visit here to spam the board, harass members and also copy ideas/work while claiming it was his own. He also continued to spread his hate across other internet sites too. While you may think he is a good builder/fabricator, he has certainly never shown any remorse for his actions or intention to resolve this conflict, quite the reverse in fact.
While I do not wish anyone physical or mental harm including Don, I do feel he brought this situation upon himself and has no right to complain about a conflict he was responsible for starting in the first place.

I spoke with Lenny last night and this is what he sent me on facebook.Lenny B. RobinsonDon is the Websters deifination of a piece of shit...he owes me tens of thousands of dollars! Despite his continued acknowledgement of items overcharged and/or simply not provided and promises to pay me back on a scheduled monthy basis, he has failed. When Canadian authorities arrest him for Felony Theft and othe related charges, he will spend time in jail. My attorneys are filing motions and pleading with the Canadian Judical System to proceed with this action...will happen very soon! Keep you posted...and yes, you may post this about Don Currie . All facts! All true!

Let’s take a look at the facts: Don is not a United States citizen; he is a citizen of Canada Don claims to be an owner of a legitimate business Don claims to have been building Batmobiles, custom movie cars and kits for over 15 years Don claims to be a Master Craftsman in the area of automotive Don sells custom built Batmobiles transported to the United States of America Questions: If Don is doing legitimate business inside the U.S. he should possess all documentation for importation and exportation to the U.S. Do you have a Canadian Business license or business licenses for each state that you do business in the U.S. as required by U.S. and Canadian laws? • Your Products and Services. Make sure that your products and goods can be lawfully Imported into the USA, that all legal requirements of U.S. customs and import laws are met, that you have all required licenses and permits to import and sell the products, and that your export and import documentation complies with U.S. law. • Trademarks; Other Intellectual Property. If you intend to sell goods or services to the USA under a particular trademark, brand name, promotional slogan etc. The product you sell do they violate U.S. Copyright laws and do you have proper licensing to sell copyrighted materials? Certification for auto professionals: Don do you carry any certifications as most professionals do. As a self-proclaimed Master Builder we would like to know what certifications if any you maintain, you should carry ASE at the very least. The non-profit National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) works to improve the quality of vehicle repair and service by testing and certifying automotive professionals. Customer Complaints: Without going into the gory details, why is it when a customer complains about a build you blame the customer instead of trying to make things right? Now that being said: If you are in compliance with the above listed items please feel free to contact board members as you have done so in the past and they will post your appropriate legal documents. If all you want to is rant and rave and carry on as a two year old just forget it! Defamatory lawsuit: Is the communication of a false statement that harms the reputation of an individual, business, product, group, government, religion, or nation. Most jurisdictions allow legal action to deter various kinds of defamation and retaliate against groundless criticism. If you’re running a business with no business licenses, doing business inside the U.S. illegally. Manufacturing and selling a copyrighted item with full knowledge of what you are doing is wrong. Posing as someone you are not. Then you have no grounds for a defamatory lawsuit or internet harassment especially when you’re the instigator of it. Please run this buy your lawyer, I am sure you won’t for obvious reasons.
