Thanks for the offer. It's going to be a long while before I start the build process and then it'll probably be getting a modular long block 5.0 from Ford Motorsports or whatever may be available once during that time.
The Crown Victoria (which is slowly being phased out where I live) runs the DOHC version of what I had a 1996 Thunderbird- which I gave away. Being also familiar with the 280 c.i.d I have to say that it's really good and reliable product with a decent amount of power behind it.
Do I look like someone with a plan? 0_o

I usually get quite a few questions around where exactly I build the BatBerry. A lot of people think I have a dedicated shop where I work on the car.
Most people are pretty surprised when they hear that I work on it right out of my standard attached two car garage.

Do you have any plans so that the shock from closing the deck lid is distributed over a larger area of the lid and not in such an acute area?
This too prevent stress, distortions and possible fracturing over time.
