So there's the 1:18 from the top - which should be the same as the Onstar car - right Dave? Here's the pic from Returns from the top: Here's about the closest thing I could find for the original:

They don't line up all that great. Some of it could be the photos, but some of it is obviously just different. The tips of the front quarters and the shape of the canopy. Dave talked about the shape of the canopy before...

Yeah, that was one I did just laying the car upside down on the scanner, so it is likely a bit distorted.

I haven't seen that pic before. It looks like it came out of a magazine. Notice the car has no windshield.

N8, what are you looking at when you can spot the difference so easily? How far the vents come out past the thruster? Or are you looking at the relation of the gas cap or maybe from the back?
