I spent a good 6 hours or so today preparing the cabin walls so that they're ready to be permanently sealed to the chassis.

Fiberglass work is always stinky and dusty, but it's a necessary evil of the build Smile

A good way to end a great Father's day! Today I was able to finish up the cabin walls so that they're now painted and ready for final installation.

Now I just need to get that chassis ready so that we can get these secured into their final home Smile

I spent today fiberglassing the frame of the canopy. It's always some stinky and sticky work

Hopefully tomorrow I can finish the rest of the structural canopy work.

That was one stinky weekend and a lot of work. But now I have a really great foundation for the Canopy.

Next I'll have to beef up the arms for the rear wheels and start to think about mounting my rear view monitors and over-head switch panel.

Today was a great day of progress. It was day one of my vacation and we got everything accomplished that I was hoping for.

We finished off some more chassis preparation today. I'm really happy with the pace of progress that we're making.

It was a bunch of fabrication work today, and hopefully we'll be re-installing some of the cabin walls soon Smile

Another great day of progress. I figured I would do two posts tonight since the two main topics are fairly different.

This is the first of the two where we finally figured out all of our fuel fittings, and finished the tank mounting fabrication

This is my last post for tonight. I need to get some rest for tomorrow.

After a bunch of priming, painting, wrenching and seam sealing we managed to re-install the cabin walls!

After a TON of work today we sweated out some great progress and the body is now back on the car!

There were lots of different projects today such as painting the frame, creating some mesh inserts, fiberglassing porthole window frames, and installing the fuel tank
