hay thanks alot guys, it realy helps, I started on one of the front pannels for the arms tonight and buy the time i went around the whole thing the end didnt line up, I checked the angles...the mesurements 3 to 4 times and the ending lines didnt line up..luckily I started on the bottom and ended on the bottom so any improvising I do will be hiden on the under-side of the kart. But still I followed my CAD and did everything right and still.... I'm going out tomarrow to do the other side and I'll post a picture.

Oh my goodness...this got posted to google, I dont think I should have that kind of statis (the first go-kart style tumbler) what?? these movies have been out for a while, hasnt any one built one other then those of us on CLTC...?? there has to be!! wow Well I told you all that I would be posting some pictures...this first one is when I started.. the second one is the finished product, after i fixed the screw-up So today I went and did the other side, I couldn't do the big bends because my bender is only 18 inches long so I'll have to take what I cant do myself to a shop and that will be expensive (the cheepest I found was $5 per bend) my bender #11

Yep, your gonna be the first, we should issue an award for "first batmobile of (insert type here)" to people when they finish it. First set of body panels! Yay! How's the luck finding the correct clutch going?

I've seen a 30" bender just like the one you have for about $65. I don't know how long your bends are but if that would do most of your bends it may be cheaper than $5 per bend.

shaggy...I did get a clutch part ordered and its on it way...$75 for it and I had to order for a new belt because the distence from the shaft on the motor and the jackshaft is longer so that had to come to. total $112 ...be here the mon. after Easter...hopefully I also saw that post with the link to that Tumbler that you posted... that is COOL.. it has some differances but the result is way cool. chili...can you remember the place for that bender? We watched that move last night, The Day The Earth Stood Still, that was cool. Last week we went to that, Knowing, with Cage in it and the special effects for the protrale of the ship in Ezekiel was way cool....both of these movies realy make you think.
