I was able to get a little bit more done today.. Too freaking cold out there!!! I spent most of yesterday printing out all my templates from Shaggy so that I had them printed before my 30day trial of Acrobat ran out So this morning I figured I would start some work on the front windshield and some of the sides.
Starting to piece everything together.. It is like setting up a house of cards and then figuring out your chassis under it. Plus it was a hard time finding any tape that would stick in this cold.. so I found some of my Tuck Tape for house insulation laying around that seemed to be sticky enough.

I was able to do some more this morning.. Pretty much have the main cabin outer frame completed. Still need to add further support bracing and pieces that will make attaching the outer panels easier. Although my camera is on the fritz so I wasn't able to take pictures this morning. I have 3days off this week (Wed-Thur-Fri) so I should be able to make some more progress. Hopefully I'll pick up a new camera as well

looks like it's coming along fairly well. Love the lights, they should be bright enough. I remember you saying something about making it street legal. Some states have certain height requirements on lights, and some even require bumpers also.
Why so serious????

Yup.. already been working with the Ministry of transportation.. I'm up here in Canada so we have different Provincial laws. You are able to register a vehicle as a "Home Made Vehicle" where many of the laws are relaxed.

I figured I would start off today with posting pictures of what it looks like this morning. My camera went on the fritz on the weekend so I couldn't post progress pics.

hey Tim, i noticed the sides of your Tumbler frame are not angled in as they proceed rearward. (might be camera trickery) If this is an alter from the plans i sent you, thats cool, just be cautioned that some of the panels might not want to fit properly when its all said and done . Just thought i would make you aware incase this was something you might have missed. it shouldnt be enough to throw things into chaos tho.
