Started working on the finer details today, these shocks are made of a mix of wooden dowells, phone wire, and masking tape, painted black.  I REALLY like the way they came out.

This peice was made just as a time filler, i like that i added it because it made the front forks look so much more beefy, those speed holes took some time to cut out with a knife tho!

well that last picture didnt come out so well, i'll take a better picture in the future.  As you can see the nose is perminantly attached, and the front windows are inserted.   I opted for gloss black windows, i think they suit it just fine.     (thats my wife in the corner )

I hope to have more done soon, especially those tires, its tough building them from scratch, but hopefully soon they will be done.

Thanks guys for the kind comments, im hoping that by progressing my small build i can get guys hyped up on the board to present some more work done to their builds.   I know with economic times getting rough its hard to spare cash for such expensive cars, and i can respect that.   I just hope to see more post of anything soon .   Its nice to hear whats going on with friends here.

Thank you Batman4reals, i hope to hear of progress in your build real soon!  I cant wait!
