Amazed every time I see your work, hard to believe you don't do this for a living.

Looking forward to more

Cheers

Shaggy (12/30/2009)
Thanks Hudson, last night i created a rib insert to go between the cabin and the outer panels. this will not only help with lining things up, but it helps deduce the degree of angle the parts need to be bent. This was a flaw on my previous set of templates that i have now corrected. It takes out almost 70% of the guess work in building this machine.

Here is a shot. Simple simple.
Batmobile

My wife last night told me that we should go ahead and start a 1/3rd build out of paper just for fun. it would be larger than my 1/6, and would give us something to do in our spare time. Tire templates as well.

this thing looks killer man!!  great work..

Thanks guys!!! I really appreciate the kind words. I'm in the process of moving again, and work has gotten heavy these past few months, so progress on this, my 1/6 Keaton maquette, and the shirt designs have been very scarce. Apologies. I'll get back on it as soon as I can.

Batman has to move the Batcave sometimes, it makes it harder to get caught.

The will to act.

Had to hit the hotel early tonight since Altec failed to set my Truck to Niagara Falls outside of the fence. So I used my time wisely and got this done:

Hey shaggy with the level of detail in your cad design , have you considered running your program Through a G code exporter and having it 3 d printed

I have, its just more fun to curse it as I attempt to build it by hand in various scales haha.
