Thanks Nitro, good to hear from you. This has been an odessey building this bike. We are on the home stretch. I managed to lose my new pics of the bike using the apple cloud. This is the knee rest topside. It was the first sheetmetal I had done and we had it primered and hydrographic in carbon fiber. Then coated in a clear coat. cut and buffed. Very happy with the outcome....

Its kind of a dumb move because it will easily be scratched but we have moved our focus to having the Big Kahuna as a show bike. Here is the underside.

Got the steering tuned in today and it works pretty well for being a static hydraulic ram system. By turning the handlebars it displaces hydraulic fluid in a ram cylinder and pushes the fluid in a slave cylinder that is connected the steering arm. So by turning the handlebar from lock to lock we are causeing the wheels to turn at a faster rate. the tricky part was to get the outside wheel during cornering to turn at a lesser arch than the inside wheel. Sounds simple but hard to accomplish and all of this with no power steering system. Thanks for checking it out. BWD
