Thanks Royalty, we decided to make the trip to Sturgis and even though my experimental static hydraulic steering did work. It wasn't as crisp as steering rod and levers. The Surfin Silver has this kind of steering so I decided to go backwards and replace the Big Kahuna steering so I wouldn't be embarrassed at Sturgis. The body panels are off in this video and yes it was a blast to drive. We did correct the chain slack by incorporating a Teflon slide tensioner. Worked magically...Thanks for looking dave BWD

Man that is one awesome Tumbler!!! You have so much knowledge about CNC's and fabrication technology. I am just a mechanical engineering student lol. I want to build batpod but I am trying to find a local wielder so I can start with the chassis of the bat pod. I contacted parkerbrothers for chassis of batpod, their price tag is $20,000 which is out of my budget :/
