Love that tim great idea ... question why would you need to remove the windows .... I understand damaged but the way nitro was talking it was more frequent ... I'm sorry if I read it wrong nitro ... ?
my greatest gift is my kids thanks to them i get to play with toys

They are typically Lexan which can scratch easily

That's one of the drawbacks of Lexan (polyvinylcarbonate) is just that: scratches.
I would look into protective window films by such companies as 3M and see if there is anything compatible. It may save you some time and headaches down the road.

I am pretty sure Dupont/Duramix makes a epoxy that holds well below that temp. I know what your taking about in extreme cold that is why I went to full metal gun doors.

I understand that some materials which certain composites are comprised have varying rates of expansion and contraction caused by environmental conditions. But, I didn't think it would be that severe for epoxy based components.
Do I look like someone with a plan? 0_o
