well the files saved in sketchup are .skp  and you can only really export files into solid images such as .jpeg, etc.

I hope thats what you needed

The extension on the free version of sketch up is .skp

My guess is that if you buy sketch up you get more export options.

I havent had a chance to watch any video's, been caught up here at work trying to get some of these orders out.  I looked at screen shots, and the program looks way more advanced than what i've worked with.

That and ive been charting out our round trip, so far the trip i've come up with is a 6,750 mile round trip, and 6 days to complete.   It goes thru

Mississippi, Arkansas, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho (twice), Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Kentucky, Tennessee, then back home.

I'm getting excited just thinking about it.

i added those extra stops just so it would create a "forced" round trip.  Otherwise it was trying to send me straight up to Bremerton Washington and straight back down.  And thats not what we want to do.

yep, i told it to avoid highways so we'd take as much of the scenic route as possible, so far its about 24 fill ups in gas, and at a (guessed) $2.00 a gallon, about $800 in gas total.  not counting hotels, food, etc.   Gonna be costly

BUT WE NEED THIS!  im tired of being couped up.

Hopefully (if my dimentions are wright) this is what Ill get out of one 4 x 8 piece of 20 gage.

I have decided to use 20g steel because 18 is too hard to bend and its too heavy...22g or 24g would be to flimsy (so if I'm going down the road I dont want these panels flopping around in the wind or bouncing around with every bump making a bunch of tapping  or rataling noises.

SO WHAT DO YA THINK???  let me know
