DAMN how does he stay in shape like that??  Saw an excellent interview on the Biography Channel with him and he said for Rocky 4 he got himself down to 2% bodyfat but wouldnt do it again cos he couldn't remember how to spell his name.  . He had an unbelievably strict diet of something like cabbage and gravel. Is it worth it......."Whats ur name?" ..... "Fucked if I know but I know i'm bleedin buff. Check these 28 inch guns".

watching that clip gave me goosebumps!! I cant wait till opening night. I can remember seeing the first one at the theater. Yeah I know I am an old man
