Well I made it home finally.  As RJ said his 1/4 scale Bat now has a new home.  It truly was a pleasure to meet RJ.  He's a wonderful guy with more talent and imagination than you would beleive.  The vision of an artist and the technical skill of an engineer.

Took me a little longer to get home than I expected.  Came across a motorcycle wreck that diverted me 20 miles.  Didn't look good and a medical helicopter was on the scene.

So anyway I did get to RJs a lot quicker than I expected.  When RJ pulled up and I say the car I went into shock!  It's beautiful.

Okay now for the sad yet funny part.  After the car was loaded I decided it would be best to move it a little to give it better support.  I quickly broke the nose right off.  I was sick but RJ just smiled and said that's easy to fix I've done that before.  Man I couldn't believe I just had broken it and right in front of the guy who said he trusted me with it.  AAAAHHHHH

So anyway I can't wait to take some pictures of it.  RJ also gave me all of his patterns and a nicely dissected 89 Model (looks like the one Tim cut up).  His build was very well documented.  We should all do this much.

So anyway, we had lunch together at a very good Chiness restaurant and BSed for a while.  RJ assured me that he is not done with the Batmobile and that he isn't going anywhere so he will still be hanging out with us.  He still plans on a full scale car too.  I look forward to that day.

Again it was wonderful meeting RJ and like I said he is a wonderful and talented person.

Thanks RJ I'll keep you posted and like I said if you ever want her back you know you are the only one who can get her.

Fun trip and here are a few pictures.

RJ with the Bat before I broke it!!

After I broke it!

At lunch.

And now in it's new home.

Yes I wore my CLTC T-Shirt.  I always do!

Yeah I'm going to need some new CLTC shirts for the trip!

RJ Jedi uniform was top notch!!!

Check this out.  I printed up the side mechanics from one of Dave's pictures and stuck it on RJ's sculpt.  Fits pretty good.
