Jack, I thik that movie would go something like this:
The Batmobile is chasing the GL down the twisty gravel roads of Southern CA. The GL heads for this bush right before a dried out riverbed... The 89 follows it off road, but gets hung up on a tumbleweed. Right at that moment, the GL hits the "bush" and gets airborne, flying up over the riverbed. Yeeehaw! A frustrated Batman hits the magic striped button on the dash and the browning's pop up and pump the GL full of lead. As the GL is still in the air, the browning rounds go right through the gas tank and cause an explosion big ebough to wake Roscoe up from his nap. By the time rosco gets there, Onstar has helped get the Batmobile unstuck and it is gone. Alll that's left is a semi-oarnge pile of scrap metal and the very last notes of dixie struggling out of the out of tune horn. "10-4 little buddy!! Guess I won't have to chase them Duke boys again huh Flash."
OR
The GL is crusing the streets of Gotham at night, speeding through the steam coming from the sewer grates. Bo Duke looks down a side alley and notices a dark black shadow pacing them on a side street. "Looks like we got coampny Luke. You reckon Roscoe and Cleetus gone and followed us into the city?" "Let me call Cooter and have him check it out." The GL speeds up and yet the dark car follows suit appearing randomly on a parallel street. "Cooter syas all the cars at at Boss Hogg's office, so I think we got some company." Luke looks over down the rapidly passing alleys and nothing is there but the occational forklift or dumpster. "You and Diasy been eatin them berries by old Joe Willis's barn again?" Luke looks in his side mirror and notices a black vehicle right behind the car. All they can see are two yellow lights and the reflections of the street lights blurring by on the small black windshield. Teh GL takes a sharp left and starts to draft, te Batmobile shoots out a grappling hook and not only makes the corner, but gathers more speed. "Well, there's no ramps around and nothing to jump, so I think I'm going to slam on the brakes and swerve and let this guy blow right by us. Then we'll ram him and give him a little taste of his own medicine." The GL slams the brakes on and swerves as smoke flys up and clouds the street. The batmobile also swerves and plows thourhg the rear 1/4 of the GL - sending it up on 2 wheels. "Those Duke boys are good" Batman mutters. The GL sits smoking in the street as the Batmobile comes to a stop. The piston comes down from the car and it spins 180, facing the GL straight on. The gundoors pop open and two 1919's pop up, aimed right at Bo duke, who is trying to drag a slightly concious Luke Duke out of the car. "Dont; shoot, don;t shoot us man!!! WHAT are you!!!!"
"I'm Batman."
"Can I have a date with your cousin Daisy?"
"Your're crazy man, no way......"
Well, you know where the story goes from there...

No, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.
I'll have to refine it a bit, but it could make an interesting fan film....
