DO YOU OWN A REPLICA BAT-VEHICLE? Not yet but, that's only because I don't have the room to store one in my room in Korea.
A BRIEF OVERVIEW OF YOUR PAST OR PRESENT INVOLVEMENT IN THIS INDUSTRY (if willing to share): I loved the style of the car when I first saw it in the movies but, it was a passing affection. then years later I got the opportunity to work with the car through my job at six flags. It was all down hill after that, as they say. I have spent years researching and planning a build. Slowly planets are aligning.
OCCUPATION: electronic warfare systems technician, USAF
ADDITIONALLY: I am here to bounce ideas of everyone who has already built replicas. I have a few ideas that as of yet I have seen no one else post about. I am hoping its because they haven't been thought of, not because they failed.
CONTACT INFO: I, like most people, can be found on facebook or myspace.

The '89 is the one that I got to work on. The tumbler is a nice "tank" but there is just such style to the '89, its a classic.

I don't own a Bat vehicle but I'm looking to build an electric Bat-Pod.
I'm just now really getting into making props and I'm a Batman fan so this place is a great resource!

DO YOU OWN A REPLICA BAT-VEHICLE? no, i am interested in the 89 though.
A BRIEF OVERVIEW OF YOUR PAST OR PRESENT INVOLVEMENT IN THIS INDUSTRY (if willing to share): when i turned 18 I got a fiero so like it or not I had to learn how to work on cars.. then I got a Ford Probe and did the 'ricer' thing for a few years and did a lot of modifying, now I drive a CTS and pay a shop to do all my work.. bodywork is the only think I know very little about.
OCCUPATION: Employeed by a cellular phone company
YOUR LINKS OR ONLINE PHOTO ALBUMS: http://s807.photobucket.com/albums/yy357/MrMatthewWright/Halloween%202010/ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I've been a member over at BOTB for a few years now, and just within the last 6mo I've started putting together a 89 batsuit.. my wife and I were looking into getting a weekend car, possibly a collector or a corvette to take to shows.. and we both agreed a the original 89 would be "sweet" to say the least.. so I'll be lurking on this board for sometime, to see what we can do.

After lurking for many years I finally decided to join the forum. I must say the members here are amazing and super talented. I wish to purchase a kit through my employer as a promotional stint or for my own hobby soon once belated transactions are finalized.

NAME Palmer Turner
HOMETOWN Denver, CO
AGE 45'ish
i spent 24 years in Colorado Air National Guard, 18 of them full time. Been to the desert, got the t-shirt, it sucked. Just retired due to knee problems. I currently work at AutoZone part time to feed my car habit. I own several muscle cars and a '42 Dodge and '49 Ford. Been working off and on on cars forever but have decided to go back to school full time and learn more about modern vehicles to help me restore and modify future projects(God bless the GI Bill!).
I am currently building a 66 Batmobile on a '75 Lincoln chassis. I hope to eventually make a name for myself in custom street rods and restorations.
Rumblestrip Rods and Customs will make me famous - eventually.

Hi I'm Joe,
Age 40ish
Haven't built a Bat Ride yet, but working on a Lambo replica. And a Hummer Replica. May finish these before I die,
If I do build a Bat Mobile, it would probably be a Tumbler. I love the design, very tank like.
Great forum here guys. I had a question about privilege's, but couldn't find the forum faq file. I keep getting the error "not enough privileges. " I haven't posted much, but been lurking now and again.
Again thanks for the great forum, love it !
Whats that ? What the Tumbler, oh you wouldn't be interested in that.
