Okay update time I now have steering arms under construction and I have fitted the steering rods and knuckle. Also got some bent tie rods so hopefully steering all together next week. Also got plates for mounting the suspension. Tinted windows bronze myself going to do outsides with black vinyl. Big work day tomorrow starting to do framework for armour. Started a frame for front window armour it's quite hard to figure out as it's all triangles in it anybody any pictures or advice how they did there's.?

Completely freestyle vertigo. My mate helping me had little or no knowledge of car. I give him my vision lol and we just do it. Studied quite a few pictures. Only have had to revisit a couple of bits. Hoping to test drive this week.

It's looking really good. Glad to see someone else just does it freestyle. That's the only way I can do things

Im not an expert on the subject but on most builds the steering seems to be attached to the font end so it moves with the front suspension. Here some pics.

If it's not attached I think you may have some issues.

Yes mate mine works the same as the pictures the knuckles you see in pictures allow it to move up and down and side to side with movement of suspension.

What about forward and backward.. here's what I mean. If that's your steering pillow block attached to the car chassis. It needs to be mounted to the front end.

Yes I know what your mean my steering shafts will also run through the pillow block bearings the same as the pictures and will be mounted in the same place as pictures. The pillow block is a linear bearing.
