Hello, I don't usually post or even read the boards But knowing my brother won't I am just here to inform you all of the latest on how MT and Gieck tried to scam my idiot brother Brett and how they scamed John whitt who is one of my clients. out of 3,200 and have held up his build by not providing the parts for nearly 2 years. I will try to keep it short and sweet. but i figured you guys would want to know. So here goes.
Brett retained an attorney and did finally get his money back from Towle on the 89 deal that towle would not complete. Sounds about par for course with Towle and Geick. Brett had a P. I. do background checks on Towle and Geick when he started the law suit proceeding.
Neither Mark nor Kory have a business license, dealers license or brokrage license. The background check revealed that Mark Towle has a 10 page criminal record and 4 de funked body shops in the last 6 years and not a pot to piss in. To make things even more interesting come to find out that Kory has been illegally brokering cars since he started selling for Towle as it is illegal to broker cars in South Dakota without a dealers license. Geicks background revealed Kory too is nothing more than 2 time loser who really has no assets to go after either but at least Gieck had a house to put a lean against if the need had arisen. Brett turned copies of all relevent info over to me before entering into the agreement as Mark refused to refund or follow through unless Brett be put under a confidentiality agreement in order to keep him from publicizing Towles activities reguarding their deal.
To sum it up Brett may be under an agreement with them but I am not. It Looks like Mark and Kory are running scared and have slithered under a rock. I don't know if Brett ever filed charges but I know he was close under the advise of his attorney.
Gieck may be facing 11 counts of illegal brokering that have been documented by, you guessed it, Kory himself on the web time and time again. Towle's charges may also include but are not be limited to title jumping, (which is a fedral crime) felony fraud, tax evation, and racketeering. I know Brett backed off when he recieved his refund and won't talk about it at all. But i do know he contacted one of his Karate buddies who is a Fed. agent and another who is a Fed. Judge.
It is my understanding that If he did file the charges it would not be up to him and would be in the hands of law enforcment agents. to press the charges. the only way my brothet will talk abot it is if he is called to tesify against them. If anyone wants more info just email me I will tell anyone who wants to know about it as Towle and Geick have been calling and harrasing myself and john my client. Towle and Geick are crooks and are probably trying to figure out their next scam. My advise is that you buy from anyone other than towle and gieck as they will say anything to get you cash and you will have to fight to get it back.
Just thought you guys deserved to know

By the way i should clarify towle did send some of the parts after the nearly 2 year wait and they would have to move up to be called junk. I will have john post pics of the parts
