The car belongs to Prince Waleed(richest prince in Saudi Arabia through successful biz deals, not from inheritance)'s son. My friend actually attended the guy's 16th birthday ten years ago where his father got him a Lambo Diablo.
Anyway please don't publish info outside b/c I'm not so sure if my friend got the permission to post it on web before he took the pics.
From what I hear, the car under neath is Caprice Classic. There's a escape hatch on top of the canopy. It has working hydraulics to lift the car up and working gas flame in the back.
I will post new pics when I can get the damn scanner working properly
