Thats awesome! I think its a 60's ford van with parts from other cars grafted onto it. The headlight buckets are from a 57 plymouth. After close inspection of the batsymbols and the tail fin it seems photoshoped. Great find!

I've seen it while perusing through Batmobile images on either Google or Yahoo a few weeks ago.

Do I look like someone with a plan? 0_o

Found some stuff one about the thing.

The Amazing Maltese Bread Van
Batmobile

Now here’s a true gem, shot in the 1980′s on the island of Malta. It’s a custom bodied (duh!) bread van, built on an ex-Army Bedford truck chassis, using some vintage American car parts in the process.

Thomas Perkins did the Photo mods and did a couple others too..

Now we know the whole story..

The front end of the Maltese bread van is distinctly similar to some of Virgil Exners' design works for Mopar. Mostly the 'Forward look' Desoto's, Dodges and Plymouths of the late 50's.
