In the past I have used black UHMW plastics (Ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene) for chain guides and tensioners.

I have found that Marc and Shannon Parker have been nothing but nice and very gracious to me on each of my visits. I need to run back down and see how their Tumbler is coming along. Whenever I am their they treat me like I am one of their high end clients. I will need to come up with some type of chain tensioner for the back lower tube.
