I reposted the sales on the 66 Board last week and MT started out on a rant. So I went and posted the inconsistentes in what he was claming his 89 Batmobile was a exact replia to the movie cars. Don took offence to what I posted this is what he said.DonC | I have to ask | #13 | [-] | Posts: 1171 (04/02/09 7:30 PM) | Last Edited By: DonC 04/03/09 1:24 AM. Edited 1 times. |
This is my response to his post: Don; as far as bashing so called builders, if you run around calling yourself a Master Builder then your work should reflect so. I find it offensive that someone would try to pass themselves off as a Master Builder and unable to produce any supportive documentation to its validity. There are lots of people on this board that can produce a very nice product to be proud of with very little training and that rivals any mass produced item, my hat goes off to them. What I can't tolerate is misrepresentation of oneself or your work. Many of us spent countless hours, years and untold dollar amounts getting our education, to get our military, state and federal certifications to maintain our currency on our fields of maintenance, and to have someone come along and call himself a Master Builder is a slap in the face to all who have devoted our lives to become the best in our fields of maintenance. Can you understand what I am saying?
That shut him up; if for just for a while.
