been back since last thursday...transfer went well, wont know if the eggs took till this friday...bad news is when we got home and checked the mail there was a nice eviction notice telling us to be out by the 13th of july, no reason at all, so now we have to find a place to live, most likly with no garage so the kart might not get finished, and we will be carring someone elses babies..we dont know how to tell them....I'm embarrassed, scared, and very pist off ...our heads are spinning

so to help clear MY head I went out and did this yesterday...

I took a piece of 20g and started to make the front nose cone...

cut and bent it...

I put it on ...and didn't like it..

It seems to extend to far...too long, so I decided to cut an extra 1 1/2 off of it and it looks a little better..

then cut out the window..

when I cut the 1 1/2 off I made sure to leave a flange on it so I could bend it over and connect it to the skid plate and then welded a piece of 1/2 angle along the sides to prevent it from floping up & down ...in this next picture you can see the bolts at the top and the angle iron on the sides...

I am so sorry about that T-man. I wish some people can understand these are some rough times. I just wanted to say, you hang in there! I am glad I got to meet you on this wonderful forum. Now on the nose of the tumbler, it looks great! I think you have done a wonderful job on your project so far. I wish I could use it for one day so I can finish mine. Good Luck! your friend, Terry

Hay thanks guys but so far we haven't found anything with a garage so I'm not sure whats going to happen...I'm pretty scared I don't want to get rid of it, after all the work and effort I put into it...damn it...

but on a positive note , Crystal went to the clinic today and her HCG level was at 80 and that means that she it prego, this will increase as time goes by (up to and above 300) we will not know if both eggs took for about 3 weeks.

this is what I did to day...I have one more little panel to put on and I'm done...well at least with the CAD part of it.

I used 20g to make the air intakes ...I tried to make the rounded part of the intake that is seen in the pictures but the program wouldn't unfold the piece so I had to put angles on it to work...

Well, the more I looked at the air intake the more I didn't like a big hole in it to see the frame...so I put a piece of window screan in it ...didn't like that eather, well after stairing at it for about 1/2 an hour I came up with a cool idea ...FINS....

Crystal saw them and was like, "COOL"

completely unparalalled work as usually there T-man.  Perfect execution everytime!

That is so wrong about the eviction notice.  Does the law up there not require a valid reason to remove one from their living quarters?

Don Currie likes to steal my work!

nope ...the way things are here are, if you have a lease then you have a little protection but if note (month to month) then the ouner or property mgmt.  can say anything they want.
