Well, as far as the 3D model, i am almost completely done with the body work, so i started a see-thru version, and am now working on the frame work (so far i have laid....one bar lol)

As far as the 1/6 paper model, i have almost all of the panels cut out, and bent into shape.  I am not happy with the way i cut out the cabin, so i think im gonna re-do that before i start applying any parts to it.    I have two other projects that have just erupted that im working on at the same time, but those are hush-hush.

Body Panels are officially done.  I still need to finish flattening the panels to create templates, but i figured i would show you the finished body.   As like every project this car has flaws, i tried to get it as close as possible, but lets face it, i'm no youngbat. .   So if you see a flaw, please dont point it out, chances are, I already know about it, but i just dont care to fix it.   The flaws are what gives it charactor.

and for the record, the side vents are suppose to be smooth topped, and sided.   But me and curves dont get along, so i left it as a box.     I will upload the 3D file that you see before you in the members only area tomorrow sometime, so if you want it, there it will be.

Oh, and for the record, next time you are watching "the dark knight" trailer, watch the white van that Batman lands on, look who/what is in the driver's seat.

I dont take credit for that find, Chilebean pointed it out to me.

Screenshot? I couldn't really see anything.

Also, excellent work on the 3d model. How are you planning on transferring the model work over to the go-cart? Are you just going to scale and hand-sculpt everything?

$8.00?

What are you a senior citizen already?

It's at least $10.00 around here.

Jack were all getting close...some of us are closer.

I avoid trailers, flip the channel when it comes on tv and prefer to know and see as little as possible. it's an amazing theatre experience when you see it for the first time. at least for me anyway.

The first trailer with the exploding symbol and the voice over gave me the chills. awesome. and i watched the second released trailer, and that's it. that was about 3 or 4 months ago and i haven't watched, read or even heard any thing about it.

I'm so ready for it.

didn't mean to get off track...hey shagg...what motor are you thinking about putting in Tubmler Jr?

...does it come in black?
