Guys, just wanted to show you that i've not given up. I tossed my weather beat first attempt at the templates in the fire pit. ....and have successfully created an entire set of second tempates. I'm hoping in the next few days i can put them all together and show you a completed body .

Its out here. There is a red one sitting at our dealership here in town. My wife wants me to buy it, but i told her no, not until we get moved. If you look beside the picture of the 2010, there is the color options paper hanging right beside it.

So ive been looking around the web for a set of tires that might look good on the front of the T'jr
These are two possibilities i have found so far. The first one says its DOT approved, which is what im looking for. The second im not sure about, but it has what i'm looking for, wide and small look

Your the man Shaggy! I know were to go for backup. The 2/3rds scale templates are awesome! Hope to see it all put together. That will help me a whole lot. This is jr's original. That is to bad I have to cut the templates for my kart. I have a couple of questions. I noticed that the line of the drawing looks so professional on the templates. How are you moving it from paper to cardboard? And let me know were the errors are on the templates. Thanks, Terry

Hey Terry, i didnt get a shot of it, but basically what my wife did was she took a full sheet print out of the Tumbler panel, laid it onto the Cardboard, thumbtacked it down, and outlined. Now for any lines that were on the template, obviously you cant draw thru the paper onto the cardboard, so she took the thumbtack and poked holes all the way down the templates line, then when she removed the paper after tracing it, there were dots that i simply had to connect. Then cut out the template from the cardboard, removing the access, and score (or lightly cut) the lines on the template so that the bends will be nice and clean. Right now i think there is only one mistake with the 2/3rds templates, when you get to the roof, there is a part that is about 2" too long. Simply cut off the access. You'll see it when you try to line things up. Not a hard fix i assure you. There was another problem with the template that sweeps long and upwards right behind the side windows, and above the side intakes, the top of it was about 3" too long. But i think i fixed that on the templates before i sent them to you. Any of you guys who have any of my templates before 2009, no matter what the size, be weary of these stated issues, they will cause things to line up ackwardly. But both are simple fix's. So the wife and I watched Flushed Away, and Cars while we worked on the Tumbler. We figured bc of how late it was, assemble one side completely, and take pictures, then pack it away to get the living room back. Here it is, with the panels somewhat installed, they were not fully tacked down, but you get the idea
Then they were all packed away in these boxes. The frame will be destroyed in the following days. These templates wont see light until we get moved to Washington.
