The roof is not welded in yet in case I need to change something. I realized this weekend that I need to order the weather stripping I plan on using for the doors before I can make the doors.

I hadn't realized it had been so long since I updated. I've been plugging along on the weekends. It looks like progress will slow down now that it's getting colder. Anyhow I've outgrown the porch and am now working in the back yard. I wish I had a garage, especially with winter coming but oh well.

It was a big decision to take my truck apart which left me with no car but it had to be done.

Once I had the frame roughed out I could start on the drive train tunnel.

With the tunnel made I could start on the frame attachment points.

And the engine still fits I would however like a shorter intake manifold, that thing is huge.

These show some more sheathing of the body, bondoing the seams, frames for the windows, and the gutters for the doors. Today I boarded up the windows to try and enclose the body for winter. The boards will also be templates for the glass when that time comes.

Little more progress last weekend. I tacked up most of the exhaust, painted the frame, drive train tunnel, inside the body, and put bed liner on bottom of the body. Then with the help of four other guys we put the body on the frame.

Glad to see your build coming long, did you ever agree on the name? I like the redesign of the cab, easy to get in and out!

I love the color too, it's camouflage
