Kevin, would you mind telling us how thats done, im very interested. Do you heat up the lexan and let it settle into the mold? If its confidential information i'll understand.

I was at Bob J. house this weekend and his car is done except for the windshield chrome trim. We went out for a ride and everyone went nuts over the car. Here are a few pictures. I did most all the body work on the car before molding it and then cleaning it up after molding it, it sure looks great!  Enjoy!

Wow!! Very nice looking car! If i didn't know better I'd think that was the original car in that profile shot in front of the steel building.
