That is the compressed air hose that supplied the boost to the disc shooter. Those FX guys, always trying to hide stuff on us. Well spotted DooHee.

Hint, look at a photo of the real car or one of the OnStar cars. Remember look on the driver side.

Compressed air hose was the first thing I thought of. Either to open the panel or launch the disks.
