I was up at 2am, but 2am here is only midnight there and 2am there is 4am here...

| almost 1am here right now. You just went to bed, so almost 3am where you are. We are ridiculous. I would work on my site if I were not so darn tired. I can't even focus right now.

I wish I could sleep during the day, I just don't sleep. Anyone know the effects of long term sleep depivation?

| ive been good at falling alseep during the day latly, but there are tiems i will go without sleep for 7 days, thats when my doc likes to give me tranqlizers... but for the last few months it hasent been bad, 3 to 4 nights wtihout sleep at the most.
