Hey there everybody! I started a Cave Prize Club on my site as a membership drive / fundraiser. I have found my first prize for the introductory drawing, and I am thinking of buying some shirts from Nate for future drawings, but I need more prizes. If you have things which might be really cool prizes, like accurate scale Batmobile models for sale, toys, games, autographed items, etc., please let me know. I might be interested in purchasing them from you. Thanks alot for you help!

I'm tempted to join just for the PS2 prize but for 3 bucks a month, I don't see your site offering any info that aren't already available for free in the form of a website or user forums elsewhere.

I know. The newsletter is just a ruze. I am hoping the modest Batman prizes I offer every 2 weeks will entice some people to drop $3 per month to be a supporting member of the site. I have started putting more money than I ever intended into this site, which started out only for my own purposes. I either have to raise a little money, or cut all downloading (which, for the people who don't download, won't really matter). I would like to eventually host all the indie movies, etc. Instead of just asking for donations to keep the site alive, I wanted to offer some returns on peoples' "donations". So people can join, or not. Lol. I might lose more money on prizes than I make for the site!! Oh well, I would join if I were just a fan. Pretty good odds on that PS2 right now!!!!

Tim - What are you selling your shirts for? They might go good with Nate's N8Mobile shirts I'm probably gonna buy next month.

How do you plan to choose the random winner?

I programmed the software myself. Each time someone joins, the confirmation e-mail I get from paypal is extracted from MS Outlook and placed in an Access database file and assigned a seperate, sequential Primary Key. I then use a True Random Number Generator algorithm, since the built in VB RNG is not TRUELY random, and it selects a number cooresponding to a Primary Key. Whichever confirmation letter matches the random number, wins.

I was only kidding about the shirts... But, I may still offer merchandise on my site just for fun.

Well when you do, let me know!!!

PS - I looked up vacuum infusion technology - WOW! Great choice if you ever go that route! I even added PDF download link explaining the process in 12 pages of detail on the 1989 BATMOBILE page of my site.

If you can put that rare Batmobile LCD game, then I'm sold!
