Project
To build a full size 1:1 1989 Batmobile.
Step 1
Research
Have done extensive reasearch on the Batmobile, Kit cars, Fabrication, Engines, Cars, etc via Internet and Local Contacts
Talked with a loacal Hot Rodder/Mechanic Caprice was recomended due to its flexabilty with its frame, and big engine easy to modify. Gave information on designing and where to start....At the wheels. Locate 33x19.5x15 rims and tires use and determine if caprice axle/differential is wide enough or if new axle must be found.
Step2
Find Donor Car
Located 1986 Caprice Classic 305 V8 with air
Found just a few houses down the street 
Obtained Blueprints of the frame.
$400 CND New upper ball joints to get Certified $40
Step 3
Build Body Frame/Skeleton 
The Body will be formed using 4x6 as a base frame and chipboard to form the contours, current thoughts are 10 sheets 1 ever 2 feet or so.
Undesided wheather evenly spaced or strategicaly placed occording to contour.
Chicken wire or metal mesh will be used to join the sheets, as it is formable cheap and fast, details will be put in with foam, fiberglass layered on top.
Things to determine, thickness in oz of fiberglass for solid body, chipboard contours determined through blueprints, or if 3d models on internet are to scale extracted from them.
Frame will be extended and reenforced, suspension will be changed to firestone airbags, conopy air cylender operated, side view mirrors flip over where machine guns where to be propane after burner oh ya and 4 12" PPI subwoofers behind the seats

| you might find ur gonna have a line up problem putting the side view mirrors where you want them, i thought about putting them there on mine and ran angel test, non turned out to great, best way i found to do it was installing a extra panel to pop up.

On the fiberglassing lay-up process I will use a 3/8 - 1/2 in. Honeycomb Nomex core for strength and weight. Honeycomb nomex is light weight and easy to form. and when used in a sandwich layered application it provides a great strong structure. Good luck to each and everone who is building or wishes to build.
