I was watching a segment from Monster Garage yesterday and they panned the work of an elderly fabricator who builds all sorts of machines in his yard (enormous shopping carts that fit six people, huge off-road 1800-era covered wagons, mad max-styled cars). I briefly caught a glimpse of a steel 1992 Batman: The Animated Series chassis. The camera didn't linger but I was quite impressed with what I saw.

Has anyone attempted this batmobile? I always thought that B:TAS had very cool vehicles. Fabrication would be less difficult because of the smoother lines.

If anyone is out there building this car, I would LOVE to hear about it. I have thought about it a few times, but I want the '89 car first. I think alot of people would mistake the animated series car for a cool limo. I will probably get one someday though.

I agree... I would also like to hear about anyone trying to make the Batmobile from the animated series a real car. I agree that people would look at it and say wow what a cool looking limo.

I still want the 89 batmobile before anything but I would love one of each. I am not sure I like to look of the new batmobile from batman begins. I don't know what it is but I just can't get into any kink of batman movie without Keaton behind the while of the 89 batmobile.

My wife and I were watching TV the other night and Batman and Robin was on TBS. My wife looks at me and saying "THIS IS MY FAV BATMAN FILM" I thought about getting a divorce the next day. SHE DID NOT EVEN KNOW WHO WAS IN THE FIRST BATMAN Film.

I do have to tell you that I would never divorce my wounderful wife because she is behind me 100 Percent when I told her I wanted to build the 1989 batmobile.

THAT IS TRUE LOVE!!!!

Well I would have to say that I am a dedicated fan. But not the biggest fan out there.

I am still trying to figure out how to begin the creation of my very own 1989 batmobile.

I made a list of the most important items that I need

<<<<<<<<<<<>>>>>>>>>>>

1.) MONEY

That is is were I stopped. I am not sure where the money will come from, but I can tell you that I am not sure my kids will be going to college on my dime or at all.

But when you have the batmobile who needs college.

I don't think I am Batman because I could never be that cool. Although the other night my wife said I was talking in my sleep. My wife trying waking me up but I told her no I am Batman!!!

The real reason why I could not be batman is because I would never look that good in rubber.

DEDICATED FAN
