If I where to build a replica, where would I purchase the materials from? I am mostly looking to find foam. What is the best type to use, and most cost affective? What is the best process for creating a one-off replica? any websites would help. Thanks

Check out my site at www.thebatcave.8k.com and click 1989 BATMOBILE. There are 2 links to pages that explain a simple and easy Urethane / Fiberglass Sandwich method, as used by many Popular Mechanics projects. A good source for Urethane Foam is from http://www.fibreglast.com/showproducts-category-category-18.html#366
