Instead of waiting till November or be on constant look out for WB, I decided to go ahead and build replica of this
The car closely resembles the 89 mobile and has more fancy looking parts. I can't be sued b/c no such car exists in real life.

You can be sued for wearing your socks too high if someone so desires. However, to my knowledge, there is no design patent on this car.

it there is a patent, u wouldnet have to worry about wb, it be dc comics.

I don't see how DC can have a patent on it(Not that they can't, but why would they have a patent of it?)
I saw a photo long time ago of someone's replica that was in the shape of WB's New Animated Batman batmobile.
I think the argument was that no real life car like such exists so who's gonna do anything about it?

they might not have a patent, but they still have artist rights to it. but dc is not as hard up as wb so i dont see them attacking someone.
