faq
''Wheelbase: 141.0 in.
Length: 260.7 in.''
blueprints
''wheelbase 12.96feet / 155.52 inches
lenght .21.16feet /253.92 inches
well im guessing the wheelbase is from hub to hub atleast

If you're referring to the blueprints that were available back around 1989 as a set of five prints, the measurements are not correct on that set. I believe it had something to do with copyright. Or at least they didn't want anyone to try to build their own batmobile, now would they?
To build the impossible dream . . .
