What do they mean by "world's only road-worthy replica of the Caped Crusader's car" Are all the other batmobiles made from guys on here not worthy or something?

| Thats the Batmobile for Hire guy the one that had the funny rectangular tail lights. And the canopy flips foreward if it is the same guy. First I've heard/read of it having actual parts off original Batmobile... later

Since he obviously lied about having real parts, I'm sure lieing about having an offer for 1 million isn't too much of a stretch.

No you do not need to contact Warner Brothers if you are building something for your own personal use and enjoyment. IF you are planning to build it with the intention to make money from it (appearances, selling it) or if you are in any situation where you may be viewed as representing WB/DC comics then you will need to work with WB.
