No but I spent a lot of time on the phone with them when I was thinking about using their product for my front turbine.  Seem like nice folks.  They use it a lot on American Chopper so I'm guessing its pretty dang good.  Also there is a lot of info about it on the website.

Club CLTC topic?

Consider it moved! Yeah, I think it will be cool if it works. When I get it in I will post pictures of my progress.

Well I have not yet had the opportunity to purcahse this product, but I finally got my butt back into gear last week after letting my bike sit for months. I have been so damn busy running my business and doing favors for people that I have not had the time or energy to focus on my OWN projects. But now that I finally sold the vending machine biz, and I am relinquishing control of my Bat website, I will finally have time again! This is what I got done last weekend:

The bike was finally sanded to bare metal, so I shot a series of 2 primer coats, then 2 color coats, sanding between each layer.

I then wet sanded based on instructions I found on Google. Now I need to buff / polish the paint back to its original luster and depth. I didn't do a perfect job with the wet sanding, but its because I am impatient and I was only looking for a general idea on how its done. As you can see, I dismantled my paint booth and I plan to build a bigger, better one soon.

Now I am working on fabricating the custom tail light. Remember it is going to be the Superman symbol, so when I break that is what people will see. I used lens blank and diffuser material I bought online for about $40, and I cut it with a hacksaw and a power jigsaw and plastic cutting blade. I then used my torch to heat the plastic and contour it to the shape of the re-fabricated fender I modified. I left tabs of diffuser material out on either side and the top to affix a gasket and bolt to the fender.

Remember I still need to buff the paint to make it look right again, and when the lens is intact I plan on weathersealing around the red to create a smooth finish. There will be an "S" on there as well when I am done.

Very nice.  Glad to see an update.  Love the paint booth it looks a lot like the ones I use (when I use one).

So when are you picking up your molds and my parts?
