From what I hear, he was an interested buyer and visited Eric during the auction. He was allowed to photograph the car, and then he made an offer on it which was WAY below reserve. Eric showed him the door, and now the pics are online. If he actually had the car, it would be completely moronic to post 1989 BATMOBILE on the site.
