any of you catch the new batman cartoon< "batman, the brave and the bold"???? well the b'mobile in this one looks completely different from any i've ever seen, more to the point this b'car loks a lot like the keatonmobile. and batman?, heh, heh, well, he's voiced by deidrich bader, the man who voiced hoss delgado on "the grim adventures of billy and mandy".
you should at least catch one episode. oh, i almost forgot, the clock king he's german in "batman, the brave and the bold" one more thing he wears as his costume a suit simlar to the one he does in the original comics. and he attacks a theater, too!!!!!

This feature is very cool. It reminds me of a bullet train.
Michael Keaton Fan Man on 1/29/2009 11:19:45 AM
It's a cool "last resort" feature, and it looks even cooler (sleeker and more aerodynamic).
I still have one question though: What would happen if you pressed the 'Batmissile button' on accident?
Ian on 12/26/2008 2:19:21 PM
this is one of THE GREATEST SETSOF BATWHEELS OF ALL , THOSE OF YOU THINK THIS IS A DUMB IDEA, YOU OBVIOUSLY HAVE NOT SEEN THE U.S.S. NAUTILUS, MAN, THE U.S.S. NAUTLILUS IS ONE OF THE GREATEST BLITZKRIEGMOBILES I'VE EVER SEEN, AND DON'T MY WORD FOR IT, JUST GO TO WIKIPEDIA, AND LOOK UP ZE UNTERSEEBOOT-UBOAT-

IT'S ONLY ONE OF THE GREATEST ACHIEVEMENTS IN MILITARY EDUCATION HISTORY THAT I'VE EVER HEARD OF AND I RECCOMEND YOU DUMMKPOFS PAY IT A VISIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"the face" fazio on 9/28/2008 11:53:45 AM
It's a fairly dumb feature, but I must admit it is a fantastic scene overall! Just a shame you can see the track it's running along on, sigh. Could they not have airbrushed it out or something in editing or somewhere along the lines?

And another thing, why did they change the Batmobile in Batman Forever? Isn't Keatons Bruce Wayne fixing the Batmobile in the Batcave when Alfred askes about Shreks mascarade ball?!! I no Schumacher wanted to put his own stamp on "his" films, but man were they pants, and the Batmo-wanna-biles were shockingly bad!
knightridernut on 8/24/2008 9:17:06 PM
first of all, i thought this feature of the batmobile is retarded,
because look, this whole batmobile design, isn't the middle part of the batmobile suppose to be the jet engine? when it turns into this missile, the wheels goes in? so if it goes in, that means theres no engine?
does anyone get the picture im trying to paint? i guess this is one flaw the creators forgot to think about,
Cory on 6/2/2008 8:13:44 PM
Doesn't this thing look like a train in missle form. The bat missle is neat. A little unbeleivable with the wheel changing. If you worked with a second set of wheels in the middle and jettison the wide ones it could be very possible.
viper blade on 5/11/2008 11:50:30 AM
I absolutely *hate* the Bat-missile. It's like something you would put as a play feature in a toy, but its practicality is zero. I was totally flabbergasted the first time I saw that sequence. Absolutely retarded feature, I mean Schumacher's wall-climbing Batmobile makes more sense than this!
Jedd on 1/22/2008 12:54:13 AM
i love this batmobile, favorite one by far. Begins one is a sh** tank, ew. and i always loved the batmissle aspect of this batmobile, sure it seems a bit too concindental, but in the movie its one of the coolestc scene EVER. i love seein it shed the parts with the elfman them blasting and seein it squeeE through and the cop cars gettin all smashed, and then seein it zoom up the streets, awsome. luckily, someone is selling me the original kenner batmissle batmobile so soon i will have my favorite batmobile ever!!
Peter on 9/6/2007 9:10:59 PM
Say for instance vicky vale was was in the passanger seat when the batmobile turned into the batmissle, would their be room for her or what?
Eddy silverside on 7/11/2007 10:22:44 PM
ive always had sypathy for the batmissle beacuse when i was a kid there was a batcave set complete with batman, computer and batmissle in the WB store window in a shopping mall then they had budget problems and the batman stuff went then they shut down and became a bear factory
C.Morris on 3/20/2006 11:34:08 AM
never did get the batmissile but it is cool
ironman06 on 1/12/2006 6:49:15 PM
i want the friggen model
anonymous on 10/17/2005 11:34:57 PM
Wow. I forgot the batmobile could do this.

Nifty for dates, if you ask me. Some punk keys and clubs your car, so you merely jettison the damaged panels as you roll up to her front door. She'll never know the car was damaged.

Spiffy!
Darren Berquist on 7/2/2005 2:06:51 PM
Without a doubt the dumbest thing I've ever seen the batmobile do.

the 1989 batmobile has been the best looking one they have done wish somebody would start selling a fiberglass body of that style. these guy's that make there own are incredible way to go.
PLUTONIUMSODA on 3/8/2005 7:31:54 PM
The model of the batmobile changing into the batmissile is excellent. I was wondering if anyone knows Mr. Yamada (the modeller who built it) and whether or not he would be willing to sell it?
Frank on 2/7/2005 3:36:47 PM
the bat-missile is a bit cheesy. if you look at the 4th picture up, you can see the turbine at the front but it is suddenly cut off by the wheels. where the hell does the engine go!
Rip Claw on 7/30/2004 11:38:11 AM
i found his guy selling one for $50,000 us dollars but there was no email, phone number, or address on the site
anonymous on 7/15/2004 12:04:58 PM
