Not who would win but which one has the highest top speed?

Probably the new "The Batman" Batmobile, but it's just a cartoon. Of the real cars, it's hard to say. The 66 Batmobile probably had the largest CID engine but was on a very unsophisticated chassis. There was a Drag version of the 1966 Batmobile that was very fast on the drag strip. The Keaton, Kilmer, and Clooney cars were built as movie cars so I doubt they would go very fast without falling apart. Then there is the can do anything Tumbler. If we can believe all of the hype on this car then my money would be on it.

Baneful, I knew you wouldn't stay away long and look which car you have chosen to be the winner. That's right you are a Keaton car fan for life so deal with it.

As far as I know all of the Batmobiles were supposed to have jet engines. It's just that the Keaton car really showcased the engine.
