Update
Someone asked about the car, I can't rember what thread it ws in?
I glassed over the screws for the canopy and need to sand them smooth. When done you won't be able to see where the screws were located.
I received a flight yoke from Eric and I plan on using it instead of the steering wheel. I will keep the wheel just in case some one complains about it. The yoke needs a lot of work; it will be worth it when it is done.

RE: Update
Kevin, would you happen to know where replica builders get the front turbine piece?

RE: Update
The nose dome is a ”°CSD”± constant speed drive to the turbine section, this is where the generator is housed. The replicas use a fiberglass copy from the original. The blade section came from a rotor blade section from a real jet motor. I have been told that the builders used a turbine section from a Harrier Jet, I have not been able to confirm this to date.
Turbine blades can be found on Ebay in the aircraft section.

RE: Update
Hey Kevin,
Have you found the exhaust tips, and what are you using for the side effects? I've emailed photos to a few aircraft salvage outfits, but no luck. Thanks
