I think the actuator under the hood (on the canopy's central pivot) is the way to go. Thats what I plan on doing anyway. If I can hook it up to some remote locking device then even better.

the batman show is closed till april. so i cant do much of anything right now. i think the looney tuens batmobile is just a studio car. like they might have just done an updated remake of the batmobile just to have on studio for anything such as cameos, commercials and general tourism. im pretty sure its sitting right next to the back to the future delorian, kitt and possibly the mach 5. anyhoo, i only speculate the engine is in the back, im not too sure and after a little reassesment that i know absolutely nothing about cars, i might just be plain wrong.

Yeah, and one time I witnessed the "back seat driver" run the car straight into a wall. It was a painful site that words just can't describe.

In the picture is the moded electric Batmobile for six flags. The motor was removed and the all electric was installed incluiding the center rail section.
