RE: OMG!!!! The Carmel Batmobile!!!! The lines are easily hydraulic or fuel lines, but as far as turbo parts no way. I have worked on numerous general aviation aircraft with turbos with waste gates and they look nothing like that. Most waste gates are very boxy looking. Those parts are from a jet aircraft sub-components, some type of a manifold be it hydraulic, fuel or some type of heat exchanger. Definitely not any type of recip. Engine.

RE: OMG!!!! The Carmel Batmobile!!!! CA is one of the hardest states to get info from license plates. Not impossible by any means, but damn difficult! Almost every other state lets you check information through huge databases. Ca. is so wrapped up in privacy that they "shield" people from prying eyes. Damn privacy laws.... :) Now having said that.... CHECK THE POLICE FILES! :) ------------------------ You should see my OTHER car. Its a scooter. |

RE: OMG!!!! The Carmel Batmobile!!!! I think the jet like canopy makes it difficult to get in and out of the car by stepping on the main intake(Looking from above shot). Looks like this little piece is for stepping in and out of the car?

I got to see all the buildup pics in his album (actually, he had SEVERAL albums of build pics of SEVERAL Keaton cars) but I think there is little chance of getting him on the board. The only thing he did NOT do is the interior... He had built a normal interior, but the owner went nuts with it after taking delivery of the car. ------------------------ You should see my OTHER car.
