    Back engine lid meaning?

I just took delivery of the HotWheels 1/18 Batman 'movie' version which has the 'flat' black look. Not crazy about the 'glossy' version. I have the 1/24th plastic model. The paint scheme said the rims were flat black with the silver wheel 'bat' hub. The HotWheels version has the 'blackwashed' chrome rims. I think the 'flat' or semi gloss black rims with the silver hub is correct??
