Hello,
I'm back with another question. I won this item on eBay back in June.
I've seen it on eBay a fair bit since. There is one set up now for example.

I was pointed to Action-HQ. Well while I was there not only did I order the ChoroQ Batmobiles which are now on their way to me. I also tried to order this:

I've never seen this second set on eBay and didn't know about it till I saw it at Action-HQ. However I've just been told Action-HQ does not have this item in stock and that they can not order it any more.
Anyone know where else I might be able to find this item? Since the Action-HQ page still shows it as "Pre-Order" does anyone know if BanDai actually released this item? I'd like to get it to go with the other set I got so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I only saw them at Action-HQ and some japanese toy website. Not sure if I still have the link at home but I'd have to check.
If all else fail, you can still get the old ertl diecasts of all those 4 vehicles in that set.

Actually I've already got those. I was quite interested in comparing the two. For example the BanDai Batmobile looks to have its machine guns deployed. The Ertl doesn't. From the picture the Batmissile also looks more detailed and probably more accurate as well.

I searched everywhere but doesn't seem like it was ever released.
I did find Hot Wheels is releasing the lame Bruce Wayne collection set.
