Thought I'd make a light weight imitation air pneumatic. Turned out pretty good I think. And a picture of the movie bikes pneumatic. Just need to make the smaller one. I've ordered the top part "Clevis" and will thread the aluminum tube so it fits correctly

Here's the movie bikes...

Lookin awesome man, great work as per usual. Any ideas what you'll do for the various radiators? Especially since like me, you don't really need them. Also, your knee pads/supports are fixed right, no pivoting or anything?

The height of the knee bar is adjustable. It'll have a tab welded onto the support pipe under the frame with a bolt through it. By adjusting the this, I'll be able to lock the bar into place.

The knee holders will be adjustable also so I can get it setup correctly. Once I'm happy with it we'll track weld them onto position.

The padding I'll make on my cnc. Perhaps use urethane and latex.. Not exactly sure. Might ask Bob D for some advice here as I've not use expanding foam.

Forgot to add, the radiator boxes will be installed and should look similar but most likely as battery boxes. The Headway cells Im using to power the bike will fit in there nicely. I need 24 cells to make 76v and add another 10amps to the power supply. This should increase the acceleration and run time. The more amp hours the longer it'll run. OR I could increase my battery voltage to 96v by adding 16 more cells to the existing battery pack. This would increase the speed, but not the run time. I'll probably increase the amp hours. I doubt I'll want to high speeds on this thing. From memory I can fit 8 cells in each the radiators with final 8 inside the back section of the frame.

The bike is looking great

I must say your fabrication skills are absolutely excellent! Out of curiosity, how much run time do you think you'll get with the 76v setup?

P.S. hiding the batteries in the radiators is a great idea

I honestly have no idea on the run time. I guess it depends on how hard it's pushed. I recently picked up a 150amp amp meter and 200v voltmeter. I'll build it into the tank. The more weight on the bike the more amps will be required to move it. I should know in a couple of weeks I guess.

Fabrication skills are shared. I'm doing the lathe work and design work, making it work in cad. Most of the parts are laser cut and I've a buddy doing the welding. He's also bending up the stainless parts at his work to the angles on templates I've provided. Good team work.

Most of the batteries will be in the centre part of the frame where the motor sits on the movie bike. I have a feeling I'm going to need more so need to find as many place as possible to fit them.
