thanks the other justin.... the ornament i got from my neighbor who found it online. the larger one i made out of a 20 gallon utility tub, plexi glass, and a incandescent clamp light i got from wal-mart. i still need to paint it and attach it to a base. i was going to go with a halogen light but was afraid it would get too hot and melt the plastic.

Hey Jack its easy to make. I used a overhead projector to enlarge the bat then i traced it onto a piece of paper then transferred it to wood and cut it out. the hard part was cutting the plexi-glass with out cracking it. I got the tub from a dollar general store here for $6.00. All together with paint and materials i got about $50.00 into it.
