Finally a decent graphic card to take dvd captures.
Anyway, just rewatched Batman Returns and saw the magic switch everyone was talking of.

Yellow switch for the side fins.
(Car's low on engine oil)

He does press different switch for Batdisc but what's Vol and PORT?

Same switch for the afterburner to fry the clown after rotating the car on hydraulics.

Yup, same switch for the batmissile activation.

Unrelated but I just love these shots when Batmobile cruises at night by orphanage (where Penguin's taking down names of parents with children). Love the marks left on the snow and love the low engine sound. Can't do this with Forever or B&R mobiles.

What program are you using for DVD capture?

On another note, I just love seing the '89 drive in the snow. Of course, that could just be me... Dreaming of winter.

Guess it's not just me. I scrolled though the pics so fast I didn't even notice your commentary until after I posted...

I'm using PowerDVD.
The capture is from widescreen side of the DVD and the capture aspect is set to some other ratio.
That's why the images are kinda squished from the sides.

Just resize the pics to 740 x 400 (or 600 x 324 )and you should have the original 1.85:1 ratio back.

The panel you speak of is a military communication panel known as comm. VOL is a volume control knob, the knob was replaced with a light. The afterburner switch is from a military aircraft. Most of these panels were taken from an aircraft junkyard. They were installed on the car not for their functionality but for aesthetic value. Most of these panels run off 6 to 24 Volts DC.
