Bale impressed by 'scary' Batmobile

Batman Begins star Christian Bale found acting in his Batsuit a sweaty experience - but the chance to drive the legendary Batmobile more than made up for his discomfort.

The 31-year-old was thrilled to be able to drive the impressive vehicle on the road, and he was awe-struck by just how intimidating the new-look superhero car is when seen up close.

He tells Hotdog movie magazine: "I was able to drive the Batmobile a couple of times. It was lot of fun, and it's real car that you can really drive up and down the streets.

"What's interesting is that Bruce (Batman's human alter-ego) built this car and we see how he builds it in the film.

"It looks scary, intimidating, and I think that's what Bruce was going for. Batman wants his enemies to be scared of him."

"Batman's human alter-ego"

Does that imply that Batman is not human? Also, what do they mean that Bruce built it? I thought he got it from WE?

It means Bruce's real persona is Batman and carefree playboy rich Bruce Wayne is just a front.

He stole the prototype and put some foam and colored it black

Much like becoming in the hands of you know who.

I'm not sure if that is a compliment or not...
