The first place you should go look is the following message board (you have to register. its free)

It is the PREMIER source for costumes and props. They have quite a few designers and whatnot, and you will be able to find your suit in a matter of minutes if you read through the threads. Most of the guys on that board make costumes!

How do you get onto that forum where you can post and reply? I got access to read the forums but it won't let me post or reply and I can't find anything about getting "membership".

I am not sure how to do it from their site, but try this: go to my site and click on the CAVE. Go to my forum and sign up as a member. As long as you sign up for a global membership, you should be able to access it. That is how I got in. The forums are hosted by the same forum company.
